you don't have to keep living in your head.
If your mind feels constantly “on” — replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or scanning for what could go wrong — it can become exhausting just to get through the day. Many of the adults I work with appear capable and high-functioning on the outside, but internally they feel overwhelmed, mentally drained, and stuck in cycles of overthinking they can’t seem to turn off.

Therapy can help you slow that cycle, understand what’s driving it, and feel more grounded and in control of your thoughts and emotions.
I offer virtual therapy for adults in Fairfield County and throughout Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Delaware who are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
A brief call to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit — no pressure.
